Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to join a nationwide remote practice specializing in geriatric mental health. Work from home with no marketing; we match you to patients and support you with a full clinical team.

Start with flexible hours, ranging from part-time to full-time on a fee-for-service basis (1099) or W2 options. You'll receive dedicated clinical leadership, admin support, and access to AI documentation tools, with Medicare-billed therapy handled by the organization.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Kansas.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
