Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide remote psychotherapy practice focused on aging adults. Therapists manage a flexible schedule and receive full back-office support, admin help, and access to a clinical community from home.

We offer part-time and full-time options on a fee-for-service basis, with 1099 or W2 setups. Clinicians set hours across 7 days, receive clinical leadership, and benefit from paid case consultations and CEUs to support ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Indiana
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Education

Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
