Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. offers fully remote therapy positions for licensed clinicians specializing in geriatric mental health. Clinicians work within a supportive, nationwide telehealth network and receive dedicated clinical leads, admin support, and a robust referral pipeline.

Set your schedule across 7 days a week, with options for 1099 or W2 engagement and no marketing required. We provide modern tools, CEUs, and competitive per-session pay to build a full caseload.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Missouri.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
