Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting independent therapists to provide teletherapy to older adults from home. Part-time or full-time roles offer flexible schedules, 1099 or W-2 options, and a built-in caseload.

You’ll work with a dedicated clinical lead, stay connected with a supportive team, and benefit from strong patient demand across all 50 states. Clinicians set their hours, enjoy real-time admin support, AI-assisted documentation, and options for CEUs and clinical consultation with

Qualificações

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Kansas
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHRs
• Medicare billing experience a plus

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
