Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice offering remote therapy to older adults. Clinicians receive responsibility for patient loads, admin support, and a collaborative clinical community from home.

Flexible hours and strong onboarding support are emphasized. Part-time and full-time, licensed therapists can start at low weekly hours (1099) or higher (W2) with scalable caseloads, using AI documentation tools and modern telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent) and Wyoming licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet unique patient needs.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
