Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in MS (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Experience with older adults and geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via virtual visits.
• Create and monitor personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in case consultations.
