Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in relevant field required.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
