Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice delivering psychotherapy to older adults from home. We provide caseload management, admin support, and a collaborative clinical community to help you thrive in telehealth.

Clinicians choose their own schedule, with part-time or full-time options, and receive competitive per-session rates, 1099 or W2, plus benefits for selected hours.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Connecticut.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
