Sailor Health, Inc. invites licensed mental health clinicians to join our nationwide remote practice serving older adults. We fill your caseload, handle the administrative work, and surround you with a clinical community to thrive— all from the comfort of home.

Set your own schedule, work from home, and receive dedicated clinical leadership along with real-time admin support. We match you with patients and you focus on delivering high-quality psychotherapy.

Formación

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Iowa.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using our EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
