Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We provide a supported telehealth environment with dedicated clinical leads and admin support, allowing you to focus on patient care from home.

We offer flexible, part-time or full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists, with 1099 or W2 arrangements and the potential to build a full caseload quickly.

Qualifications

• Active independent license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent) and GA licensure.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
