Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) for telehealth positions serving older adults nationwide.

The roles offer flexible, fee-for-service scheduling with 15 hours/week on a 1099 basis or 25 hours/week on a W2 basis, with per-session compensation and full support. You will join a collaborative care team with dedicated clinical leads, real-time admin support, and modern telehealth tools, including an AI documentation assistant.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Wisconsin.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
