Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) for fully remote telepsychology roles serving older adults nationwide. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there, with a schedule you set across seven days.

You'll receive admin support, a dedicated clinical lead, and a team-focused environment, emphasizing strong patient care, comprehensive documentation, and ongoing professional development through CEUs and clinical consultation.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Ohio
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
