Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) for fully remote care of older adults, offering flexible part-time and full-time opportunities on a fee-for-service basis.

Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and scale from there. We provide wraparound patient support, dedicated clinical leads, and a team-based telehealth environment with AI documentation assistance.

Formación

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Iowa.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
