Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide telehealth practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We handle administration and provide clinical support, enabling you to focus on high-quality therapy from home.

We offer part-time and full-time licensed psychologist positions (PhD/PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology.
• PSYPACT authorization preferred — application support and fee reimbursement provided.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
