Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) for telehealth roles serving older adults across the United States. Work is fee-for-service with flexible scheduling and 1099 or W2 options.

Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and grow your caseload with supportive leadership and a modern remote work setup. You'll have access to AI documentation tools, a clinical lead, and real-time admin support.

Qualificações

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Florida.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
