Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide teletherapy practice seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to provide virtual psychotherapy for older adults. We offer flexible, fee-for-service arrangements with 1099 or W2 options, a supportive clinical lead, and real-time admin support.

Start at 15–25 hours per week with potential to grow. Clinicians can set their own schedule across 7 days, and all work from home with modern telehealth tools. We cover geriatric-focused training and CEUs.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program.
• Active Hawaii psychology license.
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHRs.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
