Job summary

Sailor Health, a nationwide virtual practice, is seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to provide psychotherapy to older adults from home. Work is 1099 or W2 with flexible, fee-for-service arrangements, 7 days a week availability, and no on-call requirements.

You will be supported by care navigators, a clinical quality lead, and an admin team, with full schedule matching and access to telehealth tools.

Qualifications

• Active independent license to practice psychology in Oregon
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
