Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide telehealth group offering psychotherapy to older adults from a fully remote setting. Clinicians can set their own schedule, work 7 days a week if desired, and receive support from dedicated clinical leads and admin staff.

They provide care navigation and AI-assisted documentation, with per-session compensation for 1099 clinicians and optional W2 arrangements for those meeting 25+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology and APA accreditation.
• Active Maryland psychology license.
• Experience with geriatric populations and telehealth.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHRs; Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
