Job summary

Sailor Health is expanding a nationwide remote psychology practice for older adults. Licensed clinicians operate as 1099 or W2, with flexible full- or part-time schedules, and a fully remote setup.

They provide psychotherapy to older adults, supported by a clinical lead and admin team, with proactive scheduling and no marketing obligations. Clinicians receive competitive per-session rates, optional CEUs, geriatric-focused training, and access to AI-assisted documentation.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Maine.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.

Education
