Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice empowering psychologists to deliver remote care to older adults. Clinicians receive administrative support, a dedicated clinical lead, and real-time provider assistance to maintain focus on patient care.

We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service opportunities with flexible schedules. Set 15–25 hours per week initially, with potential to grow, and work from home using modern telehealth tools and AI documentation.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
