Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy for older adults. You’ll join a nationwide, fully remote practice that handles caseloads and administrative work so you can focus on clinical care.

Start part-time or full-time on a fee-for-service basis (1099 or W2), set your own hours, and access dedicated clinical support, AI documentation tools, and ongoing professional development. Join a supportive team helping aging populations thrive.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Indiana.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
