Sailor Health, Inc. seeks licensed psychologists to provide virtual therapy to older adults nationwide. You will join a supportive clinical team with a dedicated lead, real-time admin support, and a focus on geriatrics, grief, and late-life transitions.

We offer part-time and full-time roles, 1099 or W2 options, and you decide your schedule across seven days a week. Remote work with AI documentation tools and ongoing clinical mentorship are provided.

Qualificações

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Wisconsin.
• Experience working with older adults and telehealth platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
