Job summary

EVERSANA in the United States is seeking a field-based Diagnostic Specialist to educate healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives and programs across a broad U.S. region. This remote position requires travel and proximity to a major airport hub.

You will lead diagnostic strategy execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, train stakeholders, and support IRD gene panels with a patient-centered focus. Strong communication, KOL engagement, and DEI commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; healthcare degree preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD).
• 7+ years pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
• Proven success collaborating with KOLs, labs, and stakeholders.
• Experience with rare or ultra-rare diseases and patient focus.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Genotyping and diagnostic leadership educate on genetic testing and programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement US diagnostic strategy.
• Identify and engage KOLs, attend conferences, and advocate for testing programs.
• Educate HCPs and labs on IRD gene panels and test requisition processes.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; manage bias.
