Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a field-based Diagnostic Specialist to educate healthcare providers on genetic testing and IRD panels across CT, RI, MA, NH, ME, and Upstate NY. The role requires extensive travel and deep diagnostic expertise aligned with global strategy.

The position emphasizes collaboration with labs and KOLs, and delivering education on resources, test requisition best practices, and inclusion initiatives. Remote field-based work with focus on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD).
• Minimum 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ophthalmology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Genotyping & Diagnostic Leadership: educate on genetic testing and promote sponsored testing programs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with teams to implement U.S. diagnostic strategy.
• Stakeholder Education, Training & Advocacy: identify KOLs and educate HCPs about resources and test requisition.
