Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a remote field-based Diagnostic Specialist to educate healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives in the U.S. region, including CT, RI, Upstate NY, NH, ME and MA. The role demands travel and deep diagnostic expertise aligned with our global strategy.

The candidate will educate HCPs, engage KOLs, collaborate across functions, and advance sponsored testing programs while delivering insights to shape strategy and improve patient access.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD).
  • Minimum 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
  • Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in rare or ultra-rare diseases with strong patient focus preferred.
  • Diagnostic and scientific acumen; strategic thinking and matrix leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Educate on genetic testing to raise awareness of sponsored testing programs.
  • Identify educational needs among the IRD healthcare community.
  • Provide education on the availability of genetic labs performing high‑quality gene analysis with IRD panels and result interpretation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement the U.S. diagnostic strategy.
  • Deliver high‑quality education for HCPs and partner labs; engage KOLs and conferences.
