Job summary

EVERSANA seeks a field-based Diagnostic Specialist to educate healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives across the U.S. region, establishing deep diagnostic expertise aligned with the global strategy. This role requires extensive travel and proximity to major airport hubs.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, educate KOLs and labs on IRD gene panels, and contribute to the national diagnostic strategy while engaging with conferences and advocacy activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in rare or ultra-rare diseases with strong patient focus preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of ophthalmology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Genotyping & diagnostic leadership to educate on genetic testing initiatives.
• Cross-functional collaboration to support the U.S. diagnostic strategy.
• Stakeholder education, training, advocacy, and conference participation.
• Engage with HCPs and labs on IRD gene panels and test requisition practices.
• Extensive travel required; comfortable using AI tools like Copilot/ChatGPT.
