Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a field-based Diagnostic Specialist to educate healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives and programs across the U.S. This remote, travel-intensive role requires proximity to a major airport hub and collaboration with diverse teams to drive the U.S.

diagnostic strategy. The candidate will lead education on IRD gene panels, work with labs and KOLs, travel extensively, and leverage AI tools to enhance engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD).
• Minimum 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Genotyping & diagnostic leadership to educate on genetic testing and programs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to shape diagnostic strategy.
• Stakeholder education and advocacy, attend conferences and engage with HCPs.
