Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a field-based Diagnostic Specialist to lead education on genetic testing initiatives for the U.S. region. You will partner with cross-functional teams to advance the diagnostic strategy and engage healthcare providers and laboratories with sponsored testing programs.

You will travel extensively to meet stakeholders, present complex data, and advocate for patient-centered testing approaches, while maintaining high ethical standards and inclusion.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD).
• 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
• Proven success in high-performing, diverse teams; experience with KOLs, labs and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in rare or ultra-rare diseases with strong patient focus preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; cross-functional capability and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Genotyping & diagnostic leadership by educating on genetic testing and IRD panels.
• Cross-functional collaboration to support the U.S. diagnostic strategy.
• Stakeholder education, training, and advocacy with HCPs and labs.
• Travel extensively across a broad U.S. geography; embrace remote field work.
