Job summary

EVERSANA seeks a remotely-based Diagnostic Specialist to educate healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives, aligned with our US diagnostic strategy. This field role requires extensive travel across CT, RI, MA, NH, ME and upstate NY, with proximity to a major airport hub.

The DS will lead education on sponsored testing programs, partner with cross-functional teams, and engage KOLs and labs to advance rare disease programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD)
• Minimum 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics
• Proven success in high-performing, diverse teams
• Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs, and internal/external stakeholders
• Prior experience in rare or ultra-rare diseases with strong patient focus preferred
• Diagnostic and scientific acumen
• Strategic thinking and operational capability
• Ability to succeed in matrixed environments
• Persistence, resilience, and achievement orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Cross-functional capability and strong ethical standards
• Knowledge of ophthalmology strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Genotyping & diagnostic leadership; educate on genetic testing and sponsored programs
• Cross-functional collaboration with teams to shape US diagnostic strategy
• Stakeholder education, training and advocacy with KOLs and HCPs
• Attend conferences and engage with local organizations for testing programs
• Deliver education and insights to inform strategy; educate labs on test requisition forms
