Job summary

EVERSANA is a global life sciences services company seeking a Diagnostic Specialist to lead genotyping and education for genetic testing initiatives across a broad US region. This remote, field-based role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to implement our diagnostic strategy.

You will educate healthcare providers, coordinate with labs, and engage with KOLs to promote sponsored testing programs and best practices in IRD gene panels.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD).
• Minimum 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in rare or ultra-rare diseases with strong patient focus preferred.
• Diagnostic and scientific acumen; strategic thinking; ability to succeed in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Genotyping & Diagnostic Leadership: educate on genetic testing and educate HCPs on IRD panels and lab resources.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with teams to develop and implement US diagnostic strategy.
• Stakeholder Education, Training & Advocacy: identify KOLs, attend conferences, and support advocacy and engagement.
• All other duties as assigned.
