Job summary

Novogene America is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales targets across a specified territory. The role reports to the District Sales Director and will develop and implement strategic plans to grow business within assigned accounts.

The position is remote with travel, and candidates must reside in KY, IN, or WI. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in life sciences, 2+ years in life science sales, and strong genomics knowledge, with excellent communication and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences required
• 2+ years of life science sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of sequencing/NGS and genomics required
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and execute strategic sales plans for the territory and accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services to inform clients accurately.
• Manage existing accounts and expand the customer base within the territory.
• Attend events and conferences as planned by sales leadership.
• Maintain CRM with up-to-date information.
• Understand industry trends and inform internal stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties related to sales and territory management.
• Travel 50% for field activities within the territory.
