Job summary

Novogene America is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across assigned accounts in the Seattle area. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage client relationships, and coordinate with leadership to meet revenue targets.

50% travel is expected; remote work is allowed within the territory. You'll need a life sciences degree and a solid background in sequencing/NGS and genomics, with 2+ years of life science sales experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of sequencing/NGS and genomics.
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; strong business acumen.
2+ years of life science sales experience preferred.
Proven track record of success generating new customer leads and driving business growth preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, establish, and execute strategic sales plans for territory and accounts.
Maintain knowledge of products and services to inform clients and stakeholders.
Manage existing accounts, expand customer base, and develop long-term accounts.
Attend events and conferences as planned by sales leadership.
Maintain CRM with up-to-date information.
Understand industry trends and inform internal stakeholders.
Perform additional duties related to sales and territory management.
50% travel/field-based activities required.
