Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking an Applications Developer & Maintenance professional to support and enhance our Genesys Cloud CX and CRM integrations in a country-wide remote role. You’ll document configurations, design call flows, and implement data actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will contribute to complex projects, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and mentor teammates as needed.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Hands on development experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform preferred
- Integration experience with CRM systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM) preferred
- Ability to document system configuration (call flow diagrams, integrations, data actions) preferred
- Experience designing, developing, debugging, maintaining Genesys Cloud Architect flows for voice, email, IVR routing
