Qualifications
- 3+ years in business process mapping, analysis, and requirements.
- Experience writing business and user requirements documents.
- Strong communication and documentation skills in healthcare projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify, map, and analyze business and clinical workflows for assigned applications.
- Create and review CASE diagrams, data flows, data models, and object models to support analyses.
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specs; prioritize requirements.
- Configure systems to meet business needs and validate with testing and stakeholders.
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training for project success.
- Monitor system functionality and drive improvements in processes and workflows.
