Job summary

Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a driven professional to analyze and improve clinical and business processes within enterprise applications. You will map current workflows, document requirements, and translate needs into system specifications, ensuring alignment with healthcare processes.

The role requires 3 years of experience in process analysis, strong documentation, testing, and training delivery. Remote-friendly with on-site calls, on-call and holiday rotation included.

Qualifications

• Experience in using applications, operating systems and databases to include the basic hardware, platform, connectivity, and interface design.
• Experience in Healthcare applications.
• Project management experience with ability to use project management software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple tasks, be detail oriented, set priorities and accomplish assignments with good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve routine to moderately complex clinical and business processes.
• Prepare documentation for business requirements with diagrams and data models.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
• Perform system configuration to meet business requirements.
• Develop test plans and scripts and validate performance through testing.
• Provide client and support training and develop training materials.
