Job summary

Geisinger in Pennsylvania seeks an applications analyst to drive implementation, adoption, enhancement and support for assigned applications. You will gather requirements, design specifications, build and test plans, and deliver training in a remote or on-site setting.

You will work with stakeholders to document workflows, perform gap analyses, and ensure regulatory compliance across Medicare/Medicaid programs while maintaining information security and supporting 24x7 operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Medicare, Medicaid, Dual Eligible and similar government programs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions for healthcare payers.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and healthcare regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks related to application implementation, adoption, enhancement and support.
• Develop documentation including workflows, designs, test plans and project plans.
• Provide remote/on-site user support and participate in 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
