The Freedom People is seeking a results-driven General Manager - Operations & Revenue to lead daily operations and drive revenue growth in a remote setting within the United States.

You will own execution across all operational functions, implement process improvements, monitor performance, and collaborate with the founder and leadership team to scale the business through disciplined operations and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience running operations in a small to mid-sized business.
• Strong understanding of revenue metrics, sales pipelines and financial performance indicators.
• Experience managing teams, conducting performance reviews, and driving accountability.
• Process-oriented with systems mindset; able to build and follow operational playbooks.
• Excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple functions, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
