Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-function teams with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to grow an organization from ~40 to 140+ people.
• Experience negotiating contracts and vendor terms.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and founders.

Responsibilities

• Direct four department leads and monitor their performance and development.
• Set weekly rhythm, quarterly priorities, and resolve resource conflicts.
• Own profit margins and hiring decisions; manage costs and trade-offs.
• Lead commercial conversations with clients and vendors and manage contract terms.
• Develop leaders within the organization and replace founder-led habits with scalable processes.
• Make timely decisions to keep the company moving without等待.
