Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web work for marketing-led brands. As Account Growth Manager you own an established book of recurring clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and strategic expansions.

You will partner with strategists and the delivery team to ensure one clear voice to clients. You will carry a seven-figure quota across retention and upsells, with a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience managing agency client relationships and renewals.
• Track record of upselling and growing client spend.

Responsibilities

• Retain clients across your book and manage renewals.
• Identify and close upsells and expansions within each account.
• Maintain a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Coordinate with strategists and delivery teams to present a single voice to clients.
