Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an Integrator to run the company day-to-day in a fully remote role for US and Canadian clients. You will report to the founder and coordinate four department leads across operations, delivery, sales, and marketing, driving profit and strategic decisions.

You will own the week’s rhythm, quarterly priorities, and which initiatives to cut when goals clash, ensuring alignment with the founder’s vision.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing multiple functions and leaders.
• Proven negotiation experience on contracts and with teams.
• Clear communicator with ability to align four department leads and the founder.

Responsibilities

• Owns four department leads, their numbers and development, and decisions when a lead underperforms.
• Manages weekly meeting rhythm, quarterly priorities, and tradeoffs when conflicts occur.
• Oversees profit attainment, delivery margins, and hiring costs to protect the bottom line.
• Leads commercial conversations, client contracts, redlines, vendor terms, and agreements.
