Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks a General Liability Claim Supervisor to oversee investigation, evaluation, and resolution of multi-line claims, with focus on General Liability and Auto. This remote‑reporting role combines hands-on claims management with team leadership to drive quality, reserves, settlements, and vendor coordination.

You will supervise claims staff, guide complex and litigated cases, support professional development, and maintain strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of multi-line claims experience, including Auto and General Liability.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of claims handling processes and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, investigative, negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet performance goals with accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review, assign, and supervise multi-line claim activities to ensure compliance with standards and laws.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust General Liability, Auto, and other multi-line claims.
• Establish and oversee claim reserves within authorized limits.
• Review expenses and invoices for reasonableness and relevance to claims.
• Negotiate disputed bills and settlements; authorize payments within limits.
• Support staff and supervise external service providers.
• Direct handling of complex and litigated claims; guide investigation strategies.
• Provide guidance, training, and development for the claims team.
• Maintain accurate diary and documentation in the claims system.
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication.
