Strong client communication is essential to success. Ideal candidates have extensive claims experience, leadership background, and broad jurisdictional licensure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 7 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a liability claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities.
• Promote Best Practices in claims handling.
• Drive Talent by hiring and training adjusters and promoting continuous improvement.
• Manage Workloads by defining goals and motivating performance.
• Utilize Technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers professionally and proactively.
• Prioritize and develop team members for successful progression.
