EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager – GCP to work remotely with our US-based team. You will blend an entrepreneurial approach to revenue generation with strategic partnership development, owning a quota and driving measurable growth through new logos and partner-sourced opportunities.

You will cultivate executive-level relationships across the partner ecosystem, co-develop market strategies, and position EPAM as the premier partner for enterprise-grade digital transformation

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT sales or business development
• Quota attainment track record
• Understanding of co-selling models and partner-led approaches
• Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles
• Experience engaging senior executives (C-suite)
• Degree in business, technology, or related field
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Advanced English (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and revenue planning for designated strategic partners
• Own a personal quota combining new-logo acquisition with partner-driven revenue
• Establish a sustainable pipeline via direct prospecting and collaborative selling with partners
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from qualification to deal closure
• Create joint account strategies with partner field teams for shared opportunities
