In this remote role, you will assist customers with questions about their gas bills, payments, account information, and general account-related concerns.

The ideal candidate is patient, professional, and comfortable handling billing and account issues while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualificações

• 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling potentially difficult customer interactions; cross training on other accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions regarding their natural gas bills and account balances.
• Process and assist with customer payments.
• Research and resolve account-related issues.
• Explain billing information, charges, and payment options clearly.
• Update and maintain accurate customer account information.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow established procedures and privacy requirements.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Escalate issues when additional assistance or authorization is required.
• Provide excellent customer service on every interaction.
