Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive client outreach and grow partnerships with game studios and media companies. You will split time between researching prospective clients and turning engineering notes into compelling client-focused case studies.

You will work closely with leadership and our engineering team to learn how a technical services business wins and expands its client base, while delivering polished written work and meeting notes that advance

Qualifications

• Strong written communication for concise, personalized emails and longer-form case studies.
• Excellent research skills: online info gathering, source reliability, and concise summaries.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage many prospects and tasks without losing track.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them clearly; not required to be an engineer.
• Written and spoken English proficiency is mandatory for communication with teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media, including products, news, and backend challenges.
• Assess fit and document reasoning for each prospect to guide outreach decisions.
• Draft personalized cold emails and follow-ups; maintain CRM accuracy.
• Capture meeting notes and turn project notes into client case studies.
• Support leadership with research, doc prep, and day-to-day needs.
