Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a strategic IT leader to drive Oracle EBS modernization and Fusion Cloud migration in a large-scale enterprise environment. You will partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and multiple IT teams to deliver a unified digital ecosystem and successful transformations.

You will also guide product roadmaps, leverage Agile Scrum practices, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 8+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years of experience leading Oracle EBS projects
• 3+ years of Oracle Fusion migration project experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and enterprise architecture to translate requirements into scalable Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Lead the technical delivery of projects, coordinating IT teams and external vendors for a cohesive digital ecosystem.
• Guide architecture, validation, and deployment of Fusion Cloud modules to migrate from Oracle EBS/CPQ.
