Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a senior IT leader to design, troubleshoot, and migrate Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud. You will drive major transformation programs, partner with business stakeholders and enterprise architecture, and oversee the technical delivery across Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Fusion Cloud.

The role requires 8+ years in IT, 5+ years leading Oracle EBS projects, and 3+ years on Fusion migrations, with strong Agile experience and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 8+ years of professional work experience in IT.
• AND 5+ years of experience leading Oracle EBS projects.
• AND 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise architecture to translate requirements into scalable solutions across Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Fusion Cloud.
• Lead the technical delivery of projects, coordinating IT teams and external vendors to maintain a cohesive digital ecosystem.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for Fusion Cloud modules to maintain a unified digital ecosystem; develop strategic vision and roadmaps to migrate Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud.
