Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned IT professional to join the Global IT team as a lead for Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud migrations. You will partner with business stakeholders and architecture to design, validate, and deploy cloud-based modules while guiding a cross-functional team.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business strategy. The role requires strong Scrum experience, collaboration with vendors, and a passion for automation and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years IT experience.
• 8+ years in IT projects.
• 5+ years leading Oracle EBS projects.
• 3+ years migrating to Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EBS/CPQ and Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Lead technical delivery across IT teams and vendors.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for Fusion Cloud migration.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs.
• Promote Agile Scrum to drive project delivery and improvements.
• Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
