Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT leader to drive the migration of Oracle EBS and CPQ to Fusion Cloud, aligning technical solutions with business priorities. You will serve as a liaison among business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and IT teams to ensure successful modernization of core systems.

You will guide end-to-end delivery, manage external vendors, and foster an agile, high-performing team culture focused on automation and innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong Oracle EBS background.
• 5+ years leading Oracle EBS projects.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EBS/CPQ and Fusion Cloud solutions with enterprise architecture alignment.
• Lead technical delivery across IT teams and external vendors to maintain a cohesive digital ecosystem.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle including architecture, validation, and deployment of Fusion Cloud modules.
