Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a highly skilled technical lead to evolve our Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud Order Management ecosystem. You will guide complex, multi-team projects and collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvements.

You’ll lead design, development, testing, and deployment, leveraging Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud, while mentoring operations teams and aligning with business goals. This is a senior, impact-driven role with broad scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications.
• Strong expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing and Customer master modules.
• Experience leading complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Experience building PaaS extensions with Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and VBCS.
• Experience with Agile project delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects, including cloud migrations for Order Management systems.
• Create functional designs and technical specs for on-premise Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and drive solution delivery.
• Guide development, testing and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Estimate effort, engage IT partners, and manage delivery within time and budget.
• Work with geographically dispersed teams and manage priorities.
